Inspiration for this dress was drawn from Bonsai Trees.

Draped chiffon dress with hand embroidered motif.
All seams are professionally finished with french seams. Neckline and armhole finished with french bias binding. Hem is finished with a rolled hem. The embroidered motif is an original design sketched by hand. The embroidered chiffon is backed with muslin for stability and took approximately 25 hours to complete.
Inspiration for this piece was drawn from my time spent in Costa Rica.

Original designs created and illustrated for Computer Aided Fashion Design class. Inspiration for designs was drawn from Victorian Steampunk fashions.

Miniature Wallhanging
Approximately 8x8”
The image was drawn in photoshop before being printed onto 100% cotton quilting fabric. Details were then freehand embroidered onto the piece. To finish it was backed with white felt and blanket stitched. A small casing and dowel were added to hang the piece for display
